Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US. Here's a link to this great service Good luck!Daughter had same problem on '05 T&C. Neighborhood mechanic searched Internet and found 80-90 others with same problem right around 40,000 miles. Free solution was to pull yellow 20A IOD fuse in right front corner of fuse box under hood, wait 10 seconds, then reinsert fuse. Should solve problem as long as you don't lock doors with FOB. You can unlock doors with FOB, but apparently locking with FOB causes the problem. Permanent solution is to have dealer reprogram computer for around $50 which is what my daughter chose to do because of inconvenience of not being able to lock doors with FOB when getting baby/carseat out of vehicle.02002 town and country uses a relay and fuse.k fuse # 10 (a 40amp) in the box under the hood. the relay is also there0Yes it has a sensor and they are color coded however I don't think it's called a maf or map sensor that’s a GM name, there would be three wires on it on ground one 5 volts reference and one for connection to the computer to tell the computer how much air flow there is, and the reading would be from 1.5 volts to 4 volts.0Try wwwata . You can subscribe to this on a short term basis and download all the info you want during the subscription period.0You can find the Fuse Description in the 2006 Chrysler Town and Country owners manual (page 434 and next). I really hope this helped (remember comment and rated this). TY for using Fixya.0
